Great Google has a global alert system. It can inform you when the contents that containts your keyword changed or pubished.
But how google supports all the languages and all the sites is a question of mine.
I found google alert records your requests by the id of "google id, language, keyword".
It generate the alert mail distributed. I registered a same alert with the same language via 2 google id. So it give me the 2 message almost at the same time, but with different contents order.
